    I'm not Liam Neeson, but have a very particular set of skills that make me an asset to work with. A designer with a story development background and collaborative mindset, building concepts into products people engage with.

    The first half of my career was in entertainment content. After film school, I came up through the agency world before spending a decade in development at HBO Films. I followed that with a stint as an independent manager/producer, creating and collaborating on unique and engaging content.

    Being hands on in the storytelling process means the ability to see how all the pieces fit together, from beginning to end. Motivational cause and effect, along with effectively delivering information, leads to a better experience for end users.

    My pre-design background informs my holistic design process, and how each piece fits into a cohesive final product. Code knowledge helps deliver implementable designs. It also bolsters my engineering partnerships, speaking to an idea in their terms, then delivering on it. This streamlines design handoff, builds trust and working relationships.

    I have an eclectic range of interests. You can find me listening to Rage Against The Machine or Miles Davis. Watching The Wire, Star Wars or sports. Cheering on my kids at their sporting events, and making sure they grow up right!
